There is an overview of HM3 new features that HM2 did not have in this FAQ here. That being said there are some various HM2 features that HM3 does not have in various parts of the software so I would recommend you try the free 15 day trial. You can also use HM3 for free on small stakes with limitations after the trial expires as explained here.
