It is not possible to import a database directly from HM3 to PT4. You can manually import the original HM3 hands to PT4 from the C:\HM3Archive or also export the hands from HM3 - Tools - Export Hands… then import those to PT4. Here is the guide for manually importing hands to PT4.

Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=beta
Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
I replied to your support ticket and offered you a remote support session as we are not able to duplicate this problem with the hand history files you sent in previous tickets, even if we switch our Windows Region/Language settings to the ones you use.
Please reply to your recent support ticket with your availability as instructed in the ticket so we can schedule a remote support session. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - HoldemManager.com Login

bonjour, j’ai export mes mains HM3 pour les importer sur PT4 comme cela est expliqué dans le guide mais il y a marqué import terminé mais aucune mains n’est présente. Comment faire ?
You are not supposed to export the hands from HM3 first. You just manually import the original hand history files from the C:\HM3Archive folder to PT4 as instructed in the guide that was linked above.
